Are you Kosher?

Yes, We are under the strict kashruth supervision of the Va’ad HaRabbanim, Rabbinical Council of Bergen County (RCBC). All of our products are Pas Yisroel and Kemach Yoshon.

 

Are your products Parve or Dairy?

The majority of our products are Parve but we do have segregated products that are Dairy such as cheesecake, cream cheese rugelach and cheese Danish among other Dairy items. All of our Dairy products are Cholov Yisroel.

 

Are you nut free and sesame free?

Yes, we are a nut free and sesame free facility.

 

What is the latest I can order a local delivery?

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours, (independent of Saturdays and particular Holidays), depending on the needs of the particular order. We are famous for doing our best to accommodate our customers so all efforts will be made to assist when needed. In certain cases, there may be an extra “rush” fee charged to last minute orders that require even more additional attention that we are able to accommodate.

 

Is there a local delivery charge?

There is a $10 delivery charge fee for local deliveries and a $20 fee for Manhattan and Westchester. The local delivery charge is waived for orders over $200.

 

Is there a cutoff time for shipping?

Every effort will be made to ship items within 1 business day (independent of Saturdays and particular Holidays).

 

What are the areas and delivery days for local delivery?

We deliver locally Monday through Friday. Please check with our site when checking out, to see if your zip code falls within our local delivery area.

Do you carry gluten free products?

We do carry products such as our popular brownies, crinkle cookies and brownie bites that do not include any gluten ingredients. Although we do our best to segregate items and production, because they are made in a facility that produces items with gluten, we do not recommend these products for customers with Celiac or those with gluten sensitivities.

Do you ship in warmer weather?

Yes. We use environmentally friendly temperature liners and reusable ice packs to get your products to their destination. Of course, not every product is available for shipping, but we do have a large selection for your convenience.
